I am a postdoctoral researcher currently working on understanding and predicting the population-level responses of small carnivores to human activity for the DISCAR synthesis project.
My research uses quantitative approaches to study the behavioural, reproductive, and population ecology of wildlife populations to understand the implications of human-mediated environmental change and species management for conservation. Motivated by the ongoing global extinction crisis, I focus on uncovering the mechanisms underlying species’ responses to environmental stressors to develop evidence-based strategies that promote species recovery and ensure lasting conservation outcomes.
